Melanson Law Group is led by Attorney Jack Melanson, former Federal Administrative Law Judge, and Attorney Ned Melanson. Attorney Jack Melanson
Jack understands the nuances present in every case–but also recognizes the different legal strategies required for different types of claims, whether it is for a mental health impairment, a bad back, an autoimmune disease, a neurological disorder, or one of the myriad types of disabilities he saw as an Administrative Law Judge. He also understands what it takes to win a claim. Attorney Ned Melanson
Ned joined his father Jack to form Melanson Law Group so that he could directly serve clients. He started his career at a large Boston law firm and transitioned to a technology startup during the pandemic years. While these experiences were invaluable, he felt he wasn’t helping people to the extent he wanted. Now, he uses his skills in legal writing, evidence gathering and analysis, and negotiation to win his clients’ cases and help ease the economic burden that comes with disability.
